60 minute: Examination, manual therapy, new active-care rehab exercises, & clear treatment plan. (also used for working multiple injury sites. EX: neck and low back irritated)

30 minute: Examination, manual therapy, & clear treatment plan. (no active-care rehab)

Insurance: Complete Muscle Recovery is an out of network clinic. This means we do not have any direct contracts with insurance. You can choose to submit your visit documentation for reimbursement from your insurance. Upon request, documentation will be provided for each visit to submit to your insurance company.
