What to Expect
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Our initial purpose is to determine if you are in the right place. To evaluate this, we will go through a detailed history.
After completing your history, we will conduct a thorough examination. This includes testing the body’s range of motion, abnormal orthopedic findings, loss of function, and any muscular strength deficits.
Your provider then delivers a very specific hands-on treatment to the soft tissues directly addressing the root of the issue. Your provider is trained in multiple techniques, but primarily practices Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) during the appointment. Learn more about FDM.
(Soft tissues = muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue (fascia) that surround muscles and joints. Your provider performs minimal to no manual manipulation/adjustments)After treatment, your provider will facilitate your individual active-care plan. Specific exercises that reinforce the changes we are making.
Schedule any necessary follow-up visits. Treatment plan length will be clearly communicated once your provider has determined your specific case.
Payment will also be collected at the conclusion of each appointment.
We currently do not accept insurance at this time.
