Using the Lacrosse Ball

Lacrosse Ball Rules:

  • How much time? About 2 minutes per area is the general rule for lacrosse ball.

  • How much pressure? Enough pressure that you feel it in your muscle, but NOT so much pressure that you have to grit your teeth. “Uncomfortable is ok BUT unbearable is never ok”

  • The mobility exercises should never create numbness, tingling, radiating or extreme pain. If this occurs, STOP exercise right away.

  • If an injury is present, modify or skip the exercises that impact the injury accordingly.

  • HAVE FUN!
